NCHBA Members set records on the “Big Hunt” for National Membership Day!
This year’s National Membership Day was another record breaking success for North Carolina! North Carolina was, once again, one of the few states to boast 100% participation from all of its local associations and led state associations across the nation in pledged new members. In fact, North Carolina topped its previous record for new member pledges in a year where associations across the nation are experiencing membership losses.
Throughout the nation, more than 380 local associations phoned into NAHB on May 20th with a total of 6,930 new member pledges according to preliminary results from the annual drive. North Carolina played a large role in the success of this year’s nationwide effort and for the fifth consecutive year had 100% participation in NAHB’s Commit to Call and National Membership Day call in efforts.
Congratulations to all of the local and state associations who outperformed all others in terms of new member recruitment! A special thank you to all North Carolina local associations for their effort and commitment to make NCHBA number one in the nation!
