If you had 15 minutes in front of the NCHBA membership, what would you say about recruitment/retention?  I would recommend them all to have more involvement within the community.  I would suggest they try to form a Spanish segment to their already-existing program for more involvement with the Hispanic community and to give them a better understanding of the benefits their membership brings.
