Thousands gathered at the Charlotte Convention Center on September 10-12 for the 6th Annual 21st Century Building Expo & Conference. Though most will agree now is a challenging time in the home building industry, this year's crowd found everything they needed at the Expo. From the world class line-up of speakers highlighting forecasts, trends and the latest on going green, to the fantastic networking opportunities on the exhibit floor where all types of products and services could be found, this was the place to be. Builders, developers, architects and many other housing industry professionals all converged on Charlotte, not only from North Carolina and the surrounding states (Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia), but from other areas of our country as well to tap into the knowledge to be gained at an Expo offering ways to strengthen their organizations in any market condition.
