Lyle Gardner of Raleigh was installed as the North Carolina Home Builders Association's 46th president at the Installation Dinner & Ceremony Dec.8 at the Raleigh Marriott Center City Hotel.  In addition, North Carolina Professional Women in Building Council, Executive Officers Council and Executive Committee members were installed.
