Where To Find the Latest Building Codes

The ICC has posted electronic copies of the 2012 building codes on their website here. The residential code and the energy code went in to effect March 1, 2012.

2012 Code Books Available

All NC Building Code book sales transactions (other than walk-in customers) will be made through the International Code Council at this link. Please call the ICC Store 1-800-786-4452 if you have questions.
