Builders Classic Golf Tournament Raises Money for Scholarships

NCHBA members from across the state played Lonnie Poole Golf Course in Raleigh on Wednesday, April 27 for the 2022 Builders Classic Golf Tournament.

The annual tournament raises money for scholarships for two- and four-year college students who have declared a major in a construction-related field. Since 2002, more than $174,000 has been awarded to 72 deserving college students.

1st Place: Garris Evans Lumber team – Billy Bell, John McLawhorn, Carl Dixon, Paul Hill
2nd Place: Onsite Resources team – Fred Privette, Jonathan Harper, Ryan Briggs, Daniel Barbare
President’s Cup: Upright Builders team – Wes Carroll, David Hughes, Todd Talarico, Herman Williams
Closest to the Pin: Brandon Pendry, Roger Ketchum, and Fred Privette
Longest Drive: Daniel Barbare
