NCHBA’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors met in Charlotte on September 15.

Nicole Morrison Elected NCHBA First Vice President

Congratulations to Nicole Morrison of Red Ladder Residential, elected as 2026 NCHBA First Vice President. She is a member of the HBA of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties and the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County.

Jim Derrickson Elected Secretary Treasurer

Jim Derrickson of First Bank was elected as NCHBA Secretary-Treasurer. His two-year term will start in 2026. He is a member of the HBA of Winston-Salem and HBA of Raleigh-Wake County.

Representative Jeff Zenger Addresses NCHBA

Representative Jeff Zenger speaks during NCHBA’s Board of Directors Meeting. He has sponsored a number of pro-housing bills at the General Assembly, including HB 765 (Save the American Dream Act).
